Halo provides permanent exterior architectural lighting installation, maintenance, repair, and related products and services.
Services are subject to:
Property inspection
Material availability
Scheduling availability
Local building requirements
HOA restrictions
Weather conditions
Final written agreement
Website information does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Estimates
All estimates are:
Free unless otherwise stated
Valid for the period listed on the estimate
Subject to change after inspection
Based upon information available at the time of the estimate
Additional work requested by the customer may require a revised estimate.
4. Scheduling
Installation dates are estimated.
Halo is not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Supplier delays
Material shortages
Utility issues
Acts of God
Circumstances beyond our control
5. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each customer’s installation agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Deposits are due upon acceptance.
Final payment is due upon completion.
Late payments may incur fees permitted by law.
Halo reserves the right to suspend warranty service on delinquent accounts.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe access to the property
Obtain any required HOA approvals unless otherwise agreed
Remove obstacles preventing installation
Notify Halo of underground utilities or hidden hazards
Ensure pets are secured during installation
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage is governed by the written warranty provided with each installation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Warranty applies only to Halo-installed products.
Damage caused by abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, weather events, power surges, or acts of God is excluded.
Labor coverage, if any, is limited to the written warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including:
Logos
Images
Graphics
Videos
Text
Software
Marketing materials
is the property of Halo and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access
